If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. Giantex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Giantex shipping facility to homes or businesses. Very Difficult to Assemble

I had to hire someone to put this together. Easy assembly is false advertisement. I read the review where the assembly was easy not true! I consider myself capable if following directions, however, this was only pictures and not very clear. However, after paying someone to put it together, I do love it!

It looks good.

The instructions were not clear about the rails for the drawers. One of the screws that hold the drawers together was unusable because slag blocked where the screwdriver was supposed to go to screw it into a panel.

Beautifully made Kitchen Island

Pros: Excellent packaging & Quality Control. All pieces were numbered and extra hardware was included. It's a beautiful and functional. Has two adjustable shelves and 3 rather deep pull out drawers. Soft close doors are a nice touch. Counter top is spacious. 5 Wheels are hidden stable and make moving it very easy.

Quality & price a 10 on a 1-10 scale

Never have I received a item that was packed so securely. Each piece is numbered so it was rather simple to assemble. Just follow the instructions. We are very satisfied with the price and quality.
